Seventy metres highrise building with a mixed program inclding educational spaces, offices and public spaces. A route of orange-red escalators leads the visitors from the lobby to the top. The low-rise part of the building contains the special facilities like simulator rooms, restaurants, a media centre, a sports centre, and workshops.
