INFORMATION
With a height of 103 meters, the Kollhoff Tower is the tallest building in the DaimlerChrysler district. Like some of the other buildings, the Kollhoff Tower has a ceramic outer material. Nonetheless, with its dark peat-fired tiles it stands out from the rest and provides a contrast to the geometrical emphasis of the glass frontages of the neighboring tower blocks by Renzo Piano and Helmut Jahn. Together, the three buildings make a striking architectural statement at Potsdamer Platz.
